Bas\u00e9e sur la deuxi\u00e8me des douze \u00e9tapes des alcooliques anonymes, une autre retraite sur la sobri\u00e9t\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e cette ann\u00e9e par le Centre Lichen d'aide \u00e0 la famille et aux toxicomanes. 29 personnes, dont 5 couples mari\u00e9s, ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9union du week-end.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

- \u00ab Nos retraites sont fr\u00e9quent\u00e9es par des personnes aux prises avec des addictions. Le probl\u00e8me de l'alcool domine. Il s'agit \u00e0 la fois de personnes sobres et de co-addicts qui subissent directement les effets de l'addiction, le plus souvent de la part d'un membre de la famille. Nous travaillons sur la base du programme en 12 \u00e9tapes des alcooliques anonymes, qui est appel\u00e9 par ceux qui d\u00e9grisent le programme pour la vie "- a expliqu\u00e9 le P. Zbigniew Borkowski, MIC, directeur et pr\u00eatre du Centre Liche\u0144 d'assistance aux familles et aux personnes d\u00e9pendantes.\u00a0<\/p>

Le pr\u00eatre a dirig\u00e9 la retraite avec le psychologue et psychoth\u00e9rapeute du centre, M. Maciej Nowakowski. Selon lui, combiner les deux ailes de la foi et de la raison permettra aux participants de s'\u00e9lever \u00e0 un niveau sup\u00e9rieur sur le chemin de la sobri\u00e9t\u00e9.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

- \u00ab Apr\u00e8s le changement de directeur, qui a anim\u00e9 seul cette retraite, l'id\u00e9e nous est venue de manger l'exp\u00e9rience d'un sp\u00e9cialiste, ce qui est un bon point de d\u00e9part. C'est pourquoi j'ai invit\u00e9 M. Maciej \u00e0 coop\u00e9rer et \u00e0 co-animer nos retraites. Nous commen\u00e7ons par divers exercices dans le domaine de la psychologie, puis nous compl\u00e9tons le sujet spirituellement pour montrer que ces deux aspects peuvent travailler ensemble et se compl\u00e9ter. \u00bb<\/p>

Parmi les personnes qui ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la retraite se trouvaient Ala et Rysiek de Po\u0142czyn Zdr\u00f3j. Leur particularit\u00e9 r\u00e9side dans le fait qu'ils n'ont manqu\u00e9 depuis 6 ans aucune retraite de sobri\u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e dans le sanctuaire de Liche\u0144, et il faut ajouter qu'elles ont lieu 4 fois par an.<\/p>

- \u00ab Nous avons commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 venir \u00e0 Liche\u0144 quand j'ai quitt\u00e9 le centre de toxicomanie. Ma femme a trouv\u00e9 des informations sur le centre Liche\u0144 sur Internet, sur le site du sanctuaire. Lorsque nous sommes venus ici pour la premi\u00e8re fois, j'avais des inqui\u00e9tudes, mais aussi des attentes. Je pensais qu'un miracle se produirait, que je serais en bonne sant\u00e9 tout de suite. Cependant, quelque chose de compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rent s'est av\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00bb, explique M. Au cours de la retraite suivante, il a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 rencontrer des personnes similaires avec des probl\u00e8mes similaires \u00e0 Liche\u0144. Et depuis 6 ans maintenant, ils traitent les retraites \u00e0 Liche\u0144 avec sa femme comme une th\u00e9rapie d'une part, et comme une distraction des t\u00e2ches quotidiennes et un court week-end de vacances d'autre part.<\/p>

- \u00ab On se sent bien ici. Nous rencontrons de nombreuses personnes qui sont dans une situation similaire \u00e0 la mienne. Nous parlons et \u00e9changeons des exp\u00e9riences. On rencontre des gens sobres ici. Maintenant, la forme de la retraite est diff\u00e9rente. Auparavant, il s'agissait de r\u00e9unions en groupe de 4. Maintenant, le P. Zbigniew a chang\u00e9 la formule, mais la convention actuelle de ces rendez-vous du week-end me convient aussi. C'est facile \u00e0 accepter. Chacun contribue, prend la parole. M\u00eame apr\u00e8s la retraite, nous restons en contact en nous t\u00e9l\u00e9phonant. De cette fa\u00e7on, la th\u00e9rapie est prolong\u00e9e. \u00bb - ajoute M. Rysiek.<\/p>

Mme Ala est une personne cod\u00e9pendante. \u00c0 son avis, la retraite de lichen joue un r\u00f4le important dans leur mariage et dans le cheminement de son mari vers la sobri\u00e9t\u00e9. - \u00ab Je me souviens quand le P. Robert Krzywicki, l'aum\u00f4nier du centre \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque, nous a divis\u00e9s en groupes. Les alcooliques se m\u00ealaient aux co-addicts. Je ne pouvais pas le comprendre, c'\u00e9tait m\u00eame \u00e9trange pour moi. Mais il s'est av\u00e9r\u00e9 que je peux apprendre quelque chose de bien des alcooliques, ce qui auparavant me faisait rire et \u00e9tait presque inacceptable. Apr\u00e8s un certain temps, lorsque j'ai regard\u00e9 d'autres toxicomanes, j'ai pu le relier \u00e0 moi-m\u00eame, \u00e0 ma situation, \u00e0 mon mariage. Les toxicomanes ont aussi acquis de l'exp\u00e9rience de notre part, les co-addicts. C'\u00e9tait une exp\u00e9rience importante et pr\u00e9cieuse."<\/p>

Mme Ala et M. Ryszard viennent \u00e0 Liche\u0144 depuis 6 ans et ils ne vont pas s'arr\u00eater. Outre la retraite habituelle, le point r\u00e9gulier de leurs visites de lichens sont les r\u00e9unions nationales sur la sobri\u00e9t\u00e9, qui ont lieu chaque ann\u00e9e le dernier week-end de juillet.<\/p>

- \u00ab Cela vaut la peine d'\u00eatre ici et nous viendrons ici. Notre rythme de l'ann\u00e9e est structur\u00e9 pour que nous puissions venir ici, car c'est ce que nous voulons. On peut dire qu'on attend avec impatience le jour du d\u00e9part pour Liche\u0144. C'est aussi pour nous de courtes vacances. Les abords du sanctuaire de Liche\u0144, les jardins locaux et leur verdure sont propices \u00e0 la d\u00e9tente et permettent de gagner en force mentale et physique. La proximit\u00e9 de Notre-Dame du Lichen est \u00e9galement importante pour nous, dont nous ressentons la pr\u00e9sence au quotidien dans nos vies \u00bb, ajoutent les \u00e9poux.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
