Who will be the controller of your data?

For what purpose and on what legal basis will we process your data?
Your personal data will be processed in order to enable you to use the Website. Thanks to this, we are pleased to inform you about the activities of the Sanctuary, which is the legitimate interest of the data controller and is the legal basis for the processing of your personal data (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR; Article 7 (1) (6) of the Decree).

The legitimate interest of the Sanctuary, for which your personal data may be processed, is also the need to ensure security related to the functioning of the Website.

The possession of your personal data by the Sanctuary is not a legal or contractual requirement, however, it is necessary for you to be able to use the Website. The processed data enable visitors to download information from the Website's servers, ensure the proper functioning of the Website, as well as the security of data belonging to the Sanctuary.

How long will we keep your data?
Personal data will be processed until the above-described legally justified interests of the Sanctuary as a data controller related to the processing of specific data are carried out.

Who can we transfer your data to?
In accordance with applicable law, we may transfer your data to entities processing it on our behalf or other data recipients, in particular IT companies cooperating with the Shrine.
Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries within the meaning of the GDPR. However, if it turns out to be necessary or justified, the transfer of your data to a third country will take place in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.
