"THE EUCHARIST - WELLS WITHOUT BOTTOM AND RECIPE FOR LIFE" PART I

And as they were eating, Jesus took the bread, said the prayer of praise, broke it, and gave it to the disciples, saying, “Take and eat. This is my body. Then he took the cup, said a prayer of thanks, and said, “Drink from it, all of you. For this is my blood of the covenant which will be poured out for many for the remission of sins. And I tell you that from now on I will no longer drink the drink of the fruit of the vine until the day when I drink it new with you, in my Father's kingdom. " And after singing a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives.

Mt 26, 26-30

Have you wondered why we actually go to church? Why do we participate in the Eucharist? Did you feel doubt, resigned? Did you think that the Holy Mass brings nothing to your life?

Many people struggle with such dilemmas while living in a constant rush. There is no time for relationships with others, for pursuing their passions and for rest. Sometimes it's only work that counts. Matters of faith and spirit are relegated to the background. It causes us to lose our relationship with God. Conversation with Him, confession, reading the Holy Scriptures, retreats begin to cause us difficulties. By participating in the Holy Mass, we come to the conclusion that we understand little of it. We may not have had such problems in the past, but now we cannot understand the depth and richness of the Eucharist.

Or is it the other way around? Do you regularly participate in services, pray and still do not experience the Eucharist as you used to? There is a reason why many people feel discouraged when they think about attending Sunday mass. The evil spirit knows its value and therefore tries to convince us that we do not need it, it gives us nothing, taking only our precious time.

The retreat is aimed at people who want to deepen their relationship with God. Willing to know the value of the Eucharist anew and to understand well the order according to which the Holy Mass is celebrated.

Spiritual care is exercised by a Marian priest.
